La Fundación de Arte Cruz-Diez es una organización sin fines de lucro comprometida con la preservación, promoción y transmisión del legado artístico y conceptual de Carlos Cruz-Diez, un importante artista cinético y pensador de la teoría del color del siglo XX.
Creada en Houston (EE. UU.) en 2005 por iniciativa y participación continua de la familia Cruz-Diez, la fundación considera que salvaguardar el futuro de las obras del artista, su investigación sobre el color, su filosofía de vida y su educación artística son sus prioridades.
Cruz-Diez siempre ha incluido a la familia en su trabajo, haciendo que la próxima generación sea consciente de su legado y compartiendo su experiencia.
The Cruz-Diez Art Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to the preservation, promotion and transmission of the artistic and conceptual legacy of Carlos Cruz-Diez, an important kinetic artist and thinker of 20th century color theory.
Created in Houston (USA) in 2005 at the initiative and continuous participation of the Cruz-Diez family, the foundation believes that safeguarding the future of the artist's works, his research on color, his philosophy of life and artistic education his are his priorities.
Cruz-Diez has always included family in his work, making the next generation aware of his legacy and sharing his experience.
